Real Estate Professional

Adam Gant is a real estate professional based in Victoria, BC. He is dedicated to broadening access to the Canadian real estate market to Canadians of all income levels, most prominently through a “shared equity” model of housing. He is the co-author of the novel A House Shared, outlining the principles and precepts of the shared equity model through a parable of the modern housing crisis.
