Adam Gant is a real estate investment advisor, thought leader, and entrepreneurial enthusiast. Based in B.C.’s beautiful capital of Victoria, Gant has dedicated a good portion of his career to advocating for a vast expansion of home ownership through creative, unconventional models for housing finance.

He believes that citizens with an ownership stake in their home extend that feeling of ownership to their community, their society, and their country, creating a more rooted, invested citizenry. He is passionate about economic empowerment in both his professional life and as a philanthropist. He’s climbed several mountains in the North West Cascades, Vancouver Island, and the interior of BC, and continues to be active in the sport of rowing
